The PATHS Program by the KORP Foundation is a groundbreaking initiative poised to reshape the workforce development scene in Buffalo, NY. Central to this transformative model is integrated case management, which promotes a bespoke, participant-focused approach, thereby surpassing the limitations of the traditional 'one-size-fits-all' training model.

A distinct feature of the PATHS program is its strong emphasis on tech-enabled pathways. In response to the rapid technological advancements shaping today's job market, the program seeks to equip participants with the relevant digital skills necessary to thrive in in cross industry feilds. 

Partnering with Villa Maria College and Red Argyle, collaboration lies at the heart of the PATHS program. By bringing together these key organizations, the program cultivates an all-encompassing ecosystem. This collective approach enables optimized use of financial resources, aligns training efforts with genuine labor market needs, and fosters individual career growth.

Staying true to its name, the PATHS program not only leads its participants to certifications, but places successful participants into paid apprenticeships or a job. But PATHS doesn't stop there! When our participants obtain their certification, they receive 6 college credits from Villa Maria College, opening up a higher education opportunity, as a  Business Marketing Major, if they choose.
